Thank you for your interest in selling Janis Savitt. To become a retailer, you must agree to the following terms and submit a Wholesale Application. Once received, our team will review your application and contact you with the next steps to place your first order.

How to order

Orders may be placed via email at info@janissavitt.com, over the phone at 212.245.7396, or online at lookbook.janissavitt.com. A completed Wholesale Application for new accounts must be approved prior to shipment of first orders.

Turnaround time

Janis Savitt makes every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to (5) business days for order processing and fulfillment.

Backorders

In the case of an item being backordered, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. Backorders are shipped immediately as they become available.

Shipping

UPS is our preferred carrier for shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Janis Savitt is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. Insurance and expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Payments

We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on lookbook.janissavitt.com.

Return policy

Janis Savitt guarantees all products against defects. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you receive a product believed to be damaged or defective, please contact info@janissavitt.com within (5) business days of receipt​ for instructions and to receive a replacement. All wholesale orders are considered final sale.

Online selling

All approved wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Janis Savitt products on their privately-hosted website and in their brick-and-mortar store only. Resale of Janis Savitt products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, or other similar platforms is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the wholesale account.

Amazon

We are the exclusive sellers of Janis Savitt products on amazon.com, and do not offer wholesale to stores that intend to resell our products on amazon.com. Distributing Janis Savitt products on Amazon is against our wholesale policy and will result in listings being flagged for removal.

Wholesale pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.

Account approval

Janis Savitt reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications.
